ampersands in rss feed is breaking firefox

Hi there,

I am having trouble with
https://blogs.journalism.co.uk/editors/

For a page using feedwordpress to aggregate external content in addition to our own blog entries.

When you request the feed of this

https://blogs.journalism.co.uk/editors/feed/

It breaks at the first permalink in the XML that contains a query string with an un escaped ampersand. The odd thing is the ampersands *are* escaped in the HTML page, just not in the XML.

Is this coming from WP internal or feedwordpress the plugin?

Any ideas for a fix?

ps. Safari can read the feed but Firefox barfs.
