Ampersand is not escaped in the embedded links

Hello! Great convenient plugin. Unfortunately though it brakes downstream processing php functions “$doc = new DOMDocument(); $doc->loadHTML($content);” by not escaping ampersand in the html code for embedded youtube links. Can this be updated?

We can take a look and see if escaping affects other features that expect a URL and possibly add something in a future version.
