Ampersand in iTunes Program Summary gets multiplied on save

Using PowerPress 7.0.2

(Damn site is stripping out an optimizing my comments! I have to get tricky to describe my problem. I will use [ampersand_htmlcode] and [partial_ampersand_htmlcode] to represent the usual ampersand html code so that this site doesn’t strip it out.)

My iTunes Program Summary has the following text:

Movers [ampersand_htmlcode] Makers is about Making Amazing Things?

When I click “Save Changes” it becomes:

Movers [ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode] Makers is about Making Amazing Things?

If I click “Save Changes” again, it becomes:

Movers [ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode] Makers is about Making Amazing Things?

I don’t even need to be on that tab for it to happen. I changed a few other settings and clicked on the iTunes tab to discover:

Movers [ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode][partial_ampersand_htmlcode] Makers is about Making Amazing Things?
