AMP With external images (Fifu Plugin)

    Hi! We are developing a website with woocommerce and planning to use Fifu for the external images. My question is: AMP Plugin will work also with this plugin? If not, what changes should we made to make it working?

    Hello @mihalyf

    Thank you for contacting us, When we tested the FIFU plugin we noticed that there are some compatibility issues related to javascript.

    The AMP is a web component framework and it doesn’t allow custom javascript on AMP pages, so AMP plugin for WordPress removes them from AMP page in order to create a valid AMP page.

    You can alternatively use the Instant Images plugin which also does similar job.
