AMP: Video Banner with Slider Revolution

    Hi.

    I been trying to adapt Revolution Slider with a video banner is autoplay in my homepage. I’ve notice that is not compatible so my question is, what plugin or way could I include that video banner in my AMP version? the AMP plugin is working perfectly with my theme and is been a great tool but the only error that I have is that Video in the mobile version.

    Hello @danielorduzl

    Thank you for the support topic, AMP does not allow custom javascript so the AMP plugin removes them to create valid AMP pages.

    Most of the sliders like the revolution slider are based on javascript so they may not work correctly on AMP.

    Our initial investigation suggests that you are using WP bakery Page builder, please check the possibility of adding the whole video as background.
    eg: Gutenberg has Cover Block, Where you can set video as background.

    Following are examples of videos as background:
    1) example 1
    2) example 2

    If you have resources, explore the possibility of using amp-carousel, check the example Video Carousels with amp-carousel.

    One more thing while checking your site I noticed two AMP validation errors

    it seems your host has injected scripts to monitor performance, making AMP pages invalid, the comment in scripts suggested that, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to remove it.
