Meanwhile, could you tell me if you see any validation errors when all other plugins are disabled and using a default theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-One)?

Your issue sounds similar to another report that was resolved in the latest release. To confirm, could you clear empty the error index in the AMP plugin, update your story (without making any changes), and check the error index again?
