Amp Validation Error with input code

Hi,
I’ve been using your fantastic plugin for a long time and I really enjoyed it.

Recently I tried to activate the AMP feature on my site and today I got a validation error that said” The tag ‘input’ may only appear as a descendant of tag ‘form’.” and this appears to be part of the plugin code.

So, can this be fixed so that my pages would pass the AMP validation?
