AMP Urls Throwing 500 error – Now Redirecting to homepage

All of our amp pages were working correctly for a long time but with recent updates they started throwing 500 errors. We have tried 3 different amp plugins with the official WP version being the current one in use. Now the 500 error is no longer showing but all 200 amp urls now just redirect to the homepage? Any ideas?
