    Hi,

I keep getting a “Site scan was unsuccessful. You can trigger the site scan again on the AMP Settings page after completing the Wizard.” error and then, the second scan also fails.

There are no conflicts with any of the plugins (or at least I don’t see any).

    Any advice?

    Thanks.

    Hello @rewiredzone

Thank you for contacting us, there could be multiple reasons that your site scan may not be working, such as the cache plugin adding comments JSON response

That being said the site scan feature just is to inform users plugin and theme incompatibilities.

You are already using a premium theme and plugin by tagDiv which are not AMP compatible as they overwrite AMP templates and modify AMP settings programmatically, which means the site scan feature may not be handy for you.

In case you still want to use the site scan feature, We will recommend self debug using health and troubleshooting

To narrow down further, could you use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode.

This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely since it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

    • Please enable the AMP plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
    • Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
    • Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

    We hope this helps!
