/amp/ rewrites aren't working.

I’m running the site on HHVM.
If I disable the PageFrog plugin the /amp/ rewrite works.
When I activate the PageFrog only ?amp=1 works.PageFrog Version : 1.0.9
Which other info do I need to provide?
