    Something seems to be wrong with your AMP page.

    If I go to https://www.heritagedaily.com/2023/03/bronze-age-well-contents-reveal-the-history-of-animal-resources-in-mycenae-greece/146352

    I can see it has a link to:

    <link rel="amphtml" >

    If I go to that URL: https://www.heritagedaily.com/2023/03/bronze-age-well-contents-reveal-the-history-of-animal-resources-in-mycenae-greece/146352?amp=1

    I am redirected back to the original URL without ?amp=

    I just tried inspecting the response headers for the AMP URL:

    $ curl 'https://www.heritagedaily.com/2023/03/bronze-age-well-contents-reveal-the-history-of-animal-resources-in-mycenae-greece/146352?amp=1' -i
    HTTP/2 301
    server: nginx
    date: Fri, 03 Mar 2023 23:06:09 GMT
    content-type: application/x-httpd-php74
    content-length: 0
    location: https://www.heritagedaily.com/2023/03/bronze-age-well-contents-reveal-the-history-of-animal-resources-in-mycenae-greece/146352
    x-redirect-by: Yoast SEO Premium: unregistered URL parameter removed
    server-timing:
    cache-control: max-age=0

    host-header: 8441280b0c35cbc1147f8ba998a563a7

    Notice it is sending back a redirect and it is including this response header:

    x-redirect-by: Yoast SEO Premium: unregistered URL parameter removed

    So it seems like Yoast SEO is causing the problem here.

    I’ve disabled the Yoast plugins and suddenly all my articles are working – i’ll monitor it over the next couple of days but WOW…. really I can’t thank you enough! I’ve struggled with this issue for months (even had 2 dev teams try and solve to no avail) – Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

    I recommend raising this support topic to the Yoast support team. If you’re facing the issue, it’s likely others are as well. It would seem they need to fix their plugin’s behavior here.

    I have the same issue in google discover and google news.

    How to Resolve this issue.
