AMP preview shows properly in backend; live site doesn’t redirect to AMP page

  • Hi,

    I deactivated all plugins and cleared the cache, but it still won’t redirect to the AMP page in mobile. Preview in the backend still shows correctly.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @granola,

    May I know how you’re visiting your site via mobile? Are you visiting directly by entering the URL or by using the google search engine?

    And I’ve visited your website via Google search engine and it showing the AMP version on the mobile device. However, if you want to move your mobile users to fully AMP version on mobile and tablet devices, you can use our “Mobile Redirection” option. You can find this option in AMP > settings > Advanced settings > Mobile Redirection.

    Hi,

    First I cleared the cache on WP and on Chrome on my phone, then I visited our site via mobile, either by entering the URL or by search engine and always get the same result: no AMP page. I turned on the mobile redirection option and that made no difference. Might there be another setting that is interfering?

    We’re using WP Rocket and Cloudflare.
