    Dear Ladies and Gentleman,

We wanted to use your AMP PlugIn for WordPress on our Website. Unfortunately, during the first run to create the AMP pages, our server crashed.
Are you already aware of this problem?
Is it possible to split up the process instead of creating all the pages at once?

    Many greetings,
    Daniel Brockmann

    Hello @danielbrockmann

Thank you for the support topic and sorry to hear about your Experience.

AMP plugin parses non-AMP pages to create AMP pages on the go which means AMP plugin doesn’t pre-generate AMP pages, it generates when someone requests it. You can learn more about AMP plugins working using this documentation

We are not aware of any issue, although third party plugins, themes and server configuration are responsible in some cases that can lead to fatal error

Can you please send more details about the issue you faced, by visiting
AMP->Support click “Send data” it will generate UUID reply back with that UUID

    OR

Send us your site health info and PHP error log (you can ask your hosting provider for php error log) using this form

    Looking forward to your response

    Hello @danielbrockmann

Thank you for the site info and error log as we checked your error log, it seems to be that your hosting has slow write operation which might be affecting AMP page generation.

    [Thu Mar 03 15:16:01.769080 2022] [pagespeed:error] [pid 13302:tid 139815663982336] [mod_pagespeed 1.13.35.2-0 @13302] Slow write operation on file /opt/bitnami/apache2/var/cache/mod_pagespeed/v3/arendicom.de/https,3A/,2Fwww.arendicom.de/de/,3Fs=example,26amp=1,26amp_validate,5Bcache,5D=true,26amp_validate,5Bcache_bust,5D=0.7438969524388124,26amp_validate,5Bnonce,-/,5D=2693c71b3210e38dbf4a6250af0dfc7b,26amp_validate,5Bomit_stylesheets,5D=true,.tempm7HrAJ: 660.137ms; configure SlowFileLatencyUs to change threshold\n

It will be best to contact your hosting provider for it, additionally please check if your hosting provider can enable Object caching for you

    Hope this helps!
