    I’m using amp for WordPress and now facing problem in mobile user because on mobile my website is looks different to the desktop. On mobile website is not showing chat plugin, updated content, and updated structure etc. Please share the technical solution asap!

  • Thanks for getting in touch. It looks like you’re using a theme which isn’t fully AMP compatible, along with plugins which feature custom JavaScript, which has some AMP framework restrictions for performance reasons.

    Have you tried the plugin in reader mode? This will allow you to have your content served in an AMP format using a compatible theme for your AMP URLS. Your non AMP URLs won’t be impacted.

    For plugins such as your chat plugin you can contact your plugin authors and enquire about AMP compatibility. Some chat features exist which are compatible with AMP, as you can see on this AMP site.

    Apologies for the delay. I don’t see AMP active on your site any longer. If you do wish to revisit the plugin note that with custom JavaScript having some restrictions some of your existing features may not work (in any mode).
