AMP pages missing from the Sitemaps?

We have followed all of the instructions on the Yoast blog to get ready for AMP, however we have noticed that the AMP pages are not part of the Yoast sitemaps.
How do we get our AMP versions of our pages added to the sitemap so they get indexed?
