    Hello @zotezo

    Thank you for contacting us, We are unsure why this happen you can contact Google Search Central Support for information but as per my experience the users who are using Apple mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) are being served as direct URL instead of AMP cache, this may be done for some compatibility reasons with Safari.
