    Hi
After installing AMP for WP plugin, I am trying to understand what I should get.
If I go to Admin panel -> Appearance -> AMP I can see the AMP page well.
But if I go to https://www.mywebsite.com/amp/ I see that the page is almost empty but with
the logo I put while installation and navigation menu but the page looks almost empty.
So….what is the real AMP page ? https://www.mywebsite.com/amp/ ? So what is the AMP page
    I see in Admin panel ->Appearance -> AMP ?
And if https://www.mywebsite.com/amp/ is the real AMP page, it means I need to built it
again ? Is there a way to make automatically the “normal” page to AMP page
without the need to make it again ?
Another strange thing that I have noticed is that if I add the /AMP/ to an inside page
in my site URL it ingonres it and shows the “regular” page without the /AMP/

    Thanks

    Hi @webcart

So, after you install the plugin, the AMP functionality will be enabled.

Now I guess your question is that your Homepage is blank?

Try to disable the custom front page from the options, or use the Custom AMP editor to setup the content.

If you send me the URL or atleast a screenshot then it would be great.

    Thanks for your prompt reply.
After installing the plugin all seems to be OK.
I have the AMP menu etc’.
The homepage @www.webcart.co.il/amp/ is almost empty
but it is surely not as https://www.webcart.co.il
Strange thins is that if I want to edit the AMP page through
Appearance->AMP I can not do anything. It shows at the left menu “AMP ->”
but after a second it disappears!
Anyway, I do not want to make the pages from scratch. Is there an
option that the plugin will copy the content that is good for AMP?
Regarding your suggestion – I could not understand how to disable custom
front page as you suggested. Did not find an option for that but I changed
the theme to check if with the new theme there will be a difference but still
    the same…

BUT ! I see my inner pages are presented in /amp/ version ??
So the problem is only in the front page…

    Hi @webcart

We have a feature called Custom AMP Editor: https://ampforwp.com/tutorials/article/what-is-custom-amp-editor-and-how-to-use-it/

Which you can use. It even has a button which allows you to copy the content directly to AMP.

    Thanks for your reply.
I used the customs AMP editor and pressed on the ‘copy content to AMP’
and it did showed on the editor that it made the copy.
But when I visit the site /amp/ no change. It shows like before the
    almost empty page.
    [I did make hard refresh…]

Still did not solve my AMP on home page issue.
Another strange thing I saw is the Design -> Themes -> Themes Selector ->
I have only Design one to three, but not ‘My Custom AMP Theme’ like in the tutorial.
    ?!?

OK. I have solved the problem by enabling AMP on Front Page under
AMP->Setting->General and there enable ‘Front page’ and ‘Homepage support’
and ‘Title on Static Front Page’.
Now need to put some graphics into it…
    Thanks
