    @glamkaren Hey there!

    It looks like your story actually has this validation error:
    The mandatory attribute 'poster' is missing in tag 'amp-video'.

    Could you confirm if there is a poster image set for this video?

    Hmmm – it shows that there is a poster image selected under the “document” area, but in the checklist it says I need a poster image. So, I selected a different image for the poster image, it shows that image in the “document” area (for poster image), I updated, but it still says that I need a poster image.

    It may be referring to the poster image for the video. If you navigate to the video > click on it > navigate to the Design Panel > scroll to Accessibility, what do you see?

    Ok – I honestly didnt know a poster image was required for a video (page) in Stories. Should it be the same poster image for the entire Story or something else? When I navigated there it was a blank page, so I put in an image… but not sure if I selected what I should.

    The plugin generates a poster image for the video for you, but it’s possible that it could fail for some reason. Then you would have to set one manually, and the image selection is your preference. Hope this helps.

    @glamkaren As we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!
