AMP for wp plugin installation and use

I have installed the plugin activated , selected a default theme in plugin settings Swift, Design One etc but no change in site when taking in mobile . How do I use it? Also how can I get a m.site.com (mobile version of site) Can you please advise as I dont see any change . or do we need to buy it for use ?
