Amp for Few pages

You should set the ‘Individual AMP Page (Bulk Edit)’ option as ‘Hide by default’ (https://prnt.sc/q3blz8) so that for any pages you can set your pages as you want show it (https://prnt.sc/q3bp5n) .

If change existing post from amp to non amp from suggested settings, the existing url which contain ‘/amp’ at the end will show not available status or visitor sees post?

Ex domain.com/222/amp
After changing amp to non amp
What will happen to if visitors use
domain.com/222/amp
Are they able to see post
Or not found error?

Yes, they can see the post in non-AMP.

If a visitor puts ‘/amp’ after non-AMP URL, then this page will be automatically redirected to non-AMP page and the visitor can see the post perfectly.
