AMP compatibility for Collapse-o-Matic?

Hello, is there a way to make this plugin AMP compatible?
This plugin formats a ton of content on our site. For that reason, it is very hard for us to switch to Google AMP child theme support using the official AMP plugin in Standard or Transitional mode.
All our expand/collapse features just stay ‘expanded’ (basically they don’t work) in AMP mode.

We are using tags like so:

[expand title=”my title” tag=h2]
[expand title=”My title” tag=”h2″ trigclass=”arrowright”]

and in other ways (also using [expandsub1 tag=h3] etc.

–> these solutions did not work for me. I tried to change “span” to “div” on Tag Attribute and I tried to check “No Title” in settings. I tried them individually and together. They did not make the site AMP compatible.

Did this ever get resolved?
