amp-app-banner in advanced setting

Yes, it’s possible, you will have to declare the amp-app-banner component, Meta data, Manifest.json in the HTML head

and the rest of the part <amp-app-banner> would go into the HTML in FOoter part.

But we will also add an option for this in the future, so I have created a ticket at https://github.com/ahmedkaludi/accelerated-mobile-pages/issues/1314
