I am having difficulties with Google Site Kit.
I have the standard amp template on the amp plugin. I can see no ads served on https://ohiobucketlist.com/ and I see no impressions in my visitors. Google site kit shows everything is connected and the WordPress staff says it should be able to serve amp ads automatically. I am using Yoast. Can you help?

    Hi @jeneflower,

Thanks for reaching out, and sharing your Site Health information. I’ve checked your site and I can see you have a valid Auto ads for AMP snippet placed on your site. I can also see ads placed, in particular when accessing your site from mobile. You’ll see a example of some anchor ads in this video, from your site. I can also confirm that Site Kit has inserted a valid AdSense snippet.

As we’re limited to Site Kit plugin support here in the forums, and the plugin has inserted the Auto ads snippet as expected, if you’re not happy with how your ads are appearing what you could do is get assistance from the product experts at the AdSense Help Center.

Note also that if you’re site is new to AMP then it can take a few days before ads start to appear more regularly on your site.

Hi. Thanks for your response. I don’t see ads on my site on my desktop. Are they only supposed to show up on a mobile device?

    Hi @jeneflower,

Great question! AMP isn’t just for mobile, so ads will also display on desktop. If you’re not happy with the performance of your Auto ads what you can do is test out also inserting some single AMP compatible ad units. Plugins such as Advanced Ads or Ad Inserter have AMP support. Single ad units can work alongside Auto ads. It might be a good way to test your AMP site with ads.

As mentioned also if you’ve just added AMP to your site it’s not uncommon to take a few days before ads start to appear.
