    Good morning,

I am using the lite version of your plug-in and in the front-end of the subscription plans the plug replaces the amount of one plan with the same one assigned to another plan (it would seem random)

where the amount of the 1-month subscription set at € 10.00 is replaced with that of the 12-month subscription which is set at € 48.00`

    Best Regards

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

I have checked the issue at your site and I have noticed that the price is showing 10 while loading the page but after that, it changed to 48. So, please double-check whether any JavaScript is added which changes the amount for the “.arm_module_plan_cycle_price”. I have doubt that some script modifies the price on your website. please check by temporarily deactivating plugins one by one and also try to switch your theme once so you will get to know the actual conflict. It seems that there is no issue with the ARMember plugin.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks

    hello.

Thank you very much for the answer. but I inform you that the issue also exists in another site that has a different theme and different plug-ins also the server on which wordpress is installed is different, the first is a windows IIS 8.5 server and the other apache 2, but the problem occurs the same way.

Please note that this defect is compared after performing updates, but the strangest thing is that in both sites, despite having different modalities and plug-ins, the problem is identical.

I also discovered that the problem also occurs within the plug-in settings when I want to make a previev

I also give you the url of the other site so that you can check for yourself:

    https://www.regioniambiente.it/abbonamenti

    I await news on this.

    Best Regards

PS. excuse me for my english!!|

    Hello,

Right now, I have tested the site offline with version 3.3 of your plug-in taken from a backup and it works fine.

    Hope this can help you

    Best Regards.
