    Hello,

    I have a sales site for virtual products, a customer placed an order on the site for 80 products and only 40 files arrived in the order summary email.
    After a few days, an order for 60 products was again placed on the website and again only about 40 files arrived by email.
    Is there perhaps some kind of limit on the amount of files attached to an invitation email?
    And if so, how can it be changed/fixed?

    I’m not sure if I understand this. Are you saying that there are digital products in your store, with more than 40 downloadable files set up for them, that the order itself was including more than 40 digital products, or otherwise?

    Additionally, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

    Furthermore, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve copied each, you can use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

    Yes. You got it right.
    I’m trying to share with you as you asked, but on the pastebin website it only lets me share as private and gives me this error:

    Pastebin’s SMART filters have detected potentially offensive or questionable content in your Paste.
    The content you are trying to publish has been deemed potentially offensive or questionable by our filters, because of this you’re receiving this warning.
    This Paste can only be published with the visibility set to “Private”.

    Is there another option to share a copy of the status with you?

    Meanwhile, I would like to clarify if the error only exists on the Order Confirmation Email only? How about under the My Accounts and Order menu pages? Can you see all of the files listed there or is it incomplete as well?

    Yes. In the order you see all the products he purchased.
    But 40 products arrive in the email and the other products do not arrive.

    I cannot upload the code because there are words in Hebrew and it writes a security error.

    Thanks for sending the system report.

    WC Version: 5.7.2
    WC Database Version: 5.7.2

    Can you please update your WooCommerce version? You can do it under WooCommerce > plugins look for WooCommerce and update it.

    Then, please navigate to WooCommerce > status > tools > update database.

    There is a guide about this that you can check below:

    I understand making those changes on a live site could not be easy, but you can use a staging site to check, you can either request assistance to your web host to create a staging site, or you can create via WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    Once you have updated them, please create a test order, and check whether the issue is still present. Thanks.
