Amount not pulling through from Gift card

  • Hi

    i have been experiencing trouble with the gift cards

    they are not pulling the amounts to the cards i have tried everything even went over to the free plugin and still no success

    we also have smart coupons installed so im not sure if anything is clashing somewhere

    thanks for contacting us!

    I recommend that you perform the following tests to verify that there are no conflicts with third parties:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2024, or our Proteo theme.
    • leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.
