  • Hi there,
Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention. We’ve fixed both bugs in our 1.0.1 release.

    Hi,

I tested it, but issue number 1 is still everywhere in all shop products.
The amount input field should only be displayed for donation products.

    Issue 2 is indeed fixed.

My apologies; this is a brand-new plugin and clearly there are still some bugs to be ironed out. The issue you pointed out should be fixed in the latest release (1.0.2).

    I confirm it’s fixed.

The only minor issues remaining are:
    1) that the button states “add to cart” instead of “Donate”.
    2) The “add to cart” button is displayed on the left of the amount button. I would inverse the order, that you first fill in the amount and only then display the button.

Glad to hear the original issues are now fixed, and thanks for the additional feedback!

Regarding the Add to Cart button, we did change the text to “Donate” in the product list (since the button there takes you to the product page to enter a donation amount rather than adding to cart directly), but on the product page it’s still “Add to Cart” since the donation is being added to the customer’s cart (i.e. it doesn’t take them directly to payment). The location of the amount field is dependent on the theme and CSS; it is output wherever the price is displayed for regular products, which is before the Add to Cart button by default. Your theme may be overriding the default WooCommerce product page, or it may have CSS that makes the Add to Cart button float to the left even if it comes after the amount field in the HTML.
