    Hello Krokedil Support,

    i have a problem with the plugin on the mentioned page. Error on payment page: Amount does not match sum of orderitems.

    I don’t know where this comes from, probably a rounding error.

    First i found out that the error occures with german orders, when i toggle “Round tax at subtotal level, instead of rounding per line” under woocommerce – tax, it happens to e.g. danish orders.

    Maybe its a rounding problem because shipping costs are entered in net amounts and rounding issues occure. I have not found out the root cause of the issue. I have to switch to the old payment provider in the meantime.

    hi again, in a second shop i use the plugin it seems to work. The only difference i found, except for the hosting provider, is that shipping costs are given in gross prices.

    Yes, this problem is related to rounding issues. In some rare cases the rounding can be a little bit different between different PHP versions.

    Do you get this all the time or does it only happen on specific prices? Also have you set prices in WooCommerce settings to display and use 2 decimals?

    Hello Niklas,

    yes, of course i used 2 decimals.

    It only happened on certain prices i guess – because depending on the country the error occured – which all had different shipping costs. We changed all shipping costs to gross values and in the german market plugin we activated that all shipping costs are given in gross prices.

    I checked various countries now and have not received the error now.

    If you need further help with this we need access to a complete Nexi checkout log from the same day this error occurred, from the log we can see more detailed information regarding the issued order. But the log is sensitive information and should therefore not be published in this public forum. I suggest that you create a support ticket directly with us at Krokedil via our support form and when we have more information regarding the issue/solution I will update this forum thread.
