Amortization Schedule Customisability

Would it be possible to change the currency symbol in the Amortization schedule to ￡ and also be able to change the table headers (Principle, Interest and Balance)?

I feel this added customisation would fit this plugin as the previous features were very customisable.

Another good feature you could add is the ability to remove the Amortization Schedule link completely.
