AmEx transactions failing?

    I have a site running the following current versions of WP, Gravityforms, and v.1.1 of the addon and amex payments have stopped working. The spinner next to the submit button just spins indefinitely.

    WP: 4.0.1
    GF: 1.8.19

    Other card types seem to go through fine. Here are the lines from the log when I use GF’s logging addon:

    2014-12-02 19:26:23 – DEBUG –> Starting to process form (#1) submission.
    2014-12-02 19:26:23 – DEBUG –> Source page number: 1. Target page number: 0
    2014-12-02 19:28:31 – DEBUG –> Starting to process form (#1) submission.
    2014-12-02 19:28:31 – DEBUG –> Source page number: 1. Target page number: 0

    It seemed that GF tried the submission twice, then bailed.
