American Express issues

    Hi there,

    I just had a customer email me saying that they tried inputting their american express card multiple times, unsuccessful each time. Then they tried their visa and it worked right away.

    Please advise!

    AMEX works, as it is in production in hundreds of woocommerce installs with us. I would check WooCommerce > Settings and make sure under CARD TYPES, AMEX is selected as being supported. I would also check with your merchant service provider, as not all provide AMEX as an option.
