Amelia plug-in and error at top

this error is at the top of my screen, it randomly turned up please help.

also, I use an Amelia plugin for booking and when you click confirm it moves down the screen to a different area which is confusing. Amelia support ays its likely a them problem, can someone shed some light on it and any help ASAP please.
