“Amelia manager” user can’t edit calendar or event from backend

A new user has been created and given the role of Amelia Manager.

When entering the backend and going to Amelia-calendar, this user does not see all the future events that have been created. He cannot modify them because they simply do not appear, and those that are already reserved and if they appear, he cannot modify them (number of participants in the price tab).

How to give complete full permissions to this role of “Amelia M;anager” as a super Admin has?

Is a paid role plugin essential to do this?
