Usually, you need to use the contact form for any questions related to the Pro versions. The rules of this forum do not allow using it to provide support for paid plugins.
However, in this particular case, the free version also has the feature that makes it possible to create unclickable menu items, so I think I can probably post some basic suggestions here in case someone who has the free version runs into the same problem.
In general, the plugin will make a menu item unclickable if you set “Target page” to “< None >”. To make a clickable item, set the “Target page” to a specific admin page, or set it to “< Custom URL >” and enter the link URL in the “URL” field.
If the problem persists after changing the “Target page” setting, click the “show advanced options” link in the bottom right corner of the panel and make sure that the “CSS classes” field does not include the ame-unclickable-menu-item
class.
If you have further questions, please use the contact form.
