Do you plan on adding support for SES IAM users? This would be helpful because as of now I must use the root credentials to be able to verify the users email address, if I use the IAM credentials I am able to verify the api connection but not the users email address which is clearly already added to the amazon SES verified addresses.

    So,

    The API connection looks ok.

Did you try to send an email in production mode via the plugin page ?
(using a to: address that is not the sender one)

    Does that work ?

If it does, it should be easy to enable plugin activation even though the sender emails are not known as verified but the plugin.

    Please let me know ??

    Sender Email is set
    Amazon API Keys are valid
Sender Email has not been confirmed yet.
    Plugin is not active.

I can sent an email in production mode test, however I still cannot activate the plugin.

Ok, I’ll add a “force plugin activation” checkbox to deal with that.

    Ok.

If the “production test” email works, you can now force plugin activation by checking the “force” box.

Please note that this deactivate sender email verification.
This is useful only when you are sure it works, via the production test, but still can’t activate without it, because of the sender email not listed as verified.

Please come back with your feedback ??
