Amazon secret key info exposed

    I’m very impressed with Amazon Auto Links and the rapid and helpful support from the creator of it. I have, however, noticed that my secret Amazon key continues to show in full when inserted in the Amazon Auto Links settings – in any other plugins I’ve used in this past, including Amazon’s own WordPress link builder plugin, the secret key reverts to a series of asterixes after being inserted for security reasons??

    The development version 4.0.3b now masks the input of that option field.

    Thanks for that – not checked the development version yet, but if it is not a long way off completion, I may wait until I can simply update to a new version of Auto Links within my WordPress dashboard. Thanks.

    @miunosoft Don’t put ?filter=5 in your review links, it hides the non-5 star reviews from the person who uses that link and that’s not being completely honest. That’s not necessary as the stars default to 5 for all new reviews. The reviewer would manually need to change it to something other than 5 if they wanted to.

    I’ve removed that part and now they’ll see the actual reviews and not just the 5 star ones.
