Amazon S3 not working

Was reluctant to use woocommerce because so much of it requires paid extensions. But decided to give it a go and paid for the extension to connect downloads to Amazon storage.
Didn’t work at all. The options that are supposed to appear didn’t and therefore completely unusable.
Submitted a support ticket over a day ago and all I’ve received so far is an automated message saying my ticket has not yet been allocated to anybody.
Have requested a refund, Again no reply.
This is exactly why I try to steer clear of commercial plugins. I advise others to do the same.
