Amazon Responsive Banners?
-
Igor Funa,
I appear to be having some issues using the Amazon Javascript snippet ad html for a Responsive Banner with this plugin.
The code snippet>>
<div class="alignleft"> <script type='text/javascript'> amzn_assoc_ad_type = 'banner'; amzn_assoc_tracking_id = 'xxxxxxxx-00'; amzn_assoc_marketplace = 'amazon'; amzn_assoc_region = 'US'; amzn_assoc_placement = 'assoc_banner_placement_default'; amzn_assoc_linkid = 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'; amzn_assoc_campaigns = 'books'; amzn_assoc_banner_type = 'category'; amzn_assoc_isresponsive = 'true'; </script> <script src='//z-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&Operation=GetScript&ID=OneJS&WS=1'></script> </div>
My settings>>
Block Name: amazon_book_banner
Process PHP: <unchecked>
Automatic Display: none
Display Block for: all users on all devices
Block Alignment and Style: no wrapping
Block enabled on: posts <unchecked> & pages <checked>
General tag: books
Referrers: <blank>
Categories: <blank>
Enable manual insertion with shortcode <checked>
Enable PHP function adinserter for block 1 <unchecked>Once my settings are saved I insert the short code at the end of the specific page ( I only want this banner on one page), but I don’t see anything. Even after clearing my cache, I have tried both short codes [adinserter block=”1″] and [adinserter name=”amazon_book_banner”]…
A link to the specific page in question>>
Thanks for any insight,
David
