Hey we are having trouble with a few products that are linked to the store and their quantity. A few of the products are saying they are out of stock on our store but somehow we are selling them on Amazon. What can we do to fix this?

    Hello @karenlg.

    I am happy to help.

Considering you are contacting us through this forum, I assume you are using WP-Lister Lite for Amazon which does not include automatic stock updates when sales take place, this means you have to manually update stock when sales take place when using Lite.

If you are using Pro, you should submit a ticket: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ and provide us with details as to what is going on (or a link to this forum post), your dashboard URL, admin login credentials, and a sample SKU to examine that is over selling on Amazon.

    Kind regards,
    John

Great Thank you so much. One more thing. When we did that the Amazon Orders are coming over but it is only showing the SKU on the invoice and not the Product name. How can I have both show?

Also, the customer notes are not coming over. How can I make this happen?

In order for all of the product details to show, the items that are created in the order must exist in WP-Lister’s database (Ie. the listings page of WP-Lister). If the products don’t exist in WP-Lister, there is no way for WP-Lister to know which WC product to reference for those details such as the product title.

You can get listings into WP-Lister by either listing WC items to Amazon via WP-Lister, or importing listings from Amazon to WC/WP-Lister.

In regards to the customer notes, as long as that message is part of the order details returned by the API, this shouldn’t be a problem – just send us a link to an example order on your site where you know the customer entered a note along with your dashboard URL and admin login credentials and we can have a look into this. You should send these details to us in a support ticket here: Support Form

    Kind regards,
