Amazon Plugin Causing My Visual Editor to Not Work

This plugin is causing my Visual Editor in writing mode to not appear – there is no cursor or editing tools. It starts working only when I deactivate this plugin (none of my other plugins were causing this problem). I LOVE this plugin and make good money from it – can you fix the bug?
