    We have a few customers who paid via Amazon pay and the orders show still pending.
    The message inside WP admin backend shows “Charge Permission is .” below the Amazon Pay title. what could be the issue. Can you please help.

    I don’t see an option to attach a screenshot. Should I attach in email.

    I’ll have to check with the customer about the steps to reproduce the issue. Will get back to you on that.

    try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.
