Amazon Pay doesn’t show on mobile

    Hi there,

    the Amazon Pay payment gateway doesn’t show on mobile. It works on desktop and I can choose between e.g. Paypal and Amazon Pay. On mobile it only shows the other available payment methods.

    Can you help me with that?

    Looks like Amazon Pay is not Active at all, Desktop or Mobile.

    Let me know when is active on your site.

    Amazon Pay is active and works on desktop! The connection to our Amazon Pay account is active as well.

    Can you share a screenshot of your settings? (First Click on the Save button so we can check if everything it’s Ok. Right now on this site (https://runed.de/) Amazon Pay is not active.

    Hey there,

    In this case there was a B2B plugin that was hidding the Amazon Pay payment for user. This was fixed by enabling Amazon Pay payment on the B2B plugin so all users can us the payment method.

    I will resolve this thread.
