• Good Morning,

We have a WordPress site on Amazon EC2 on a WAMP server and something ver yodd happening that we cant figure out for the life of us. The time to first byte takes over 10 seconds most of the time. We have other non-wordpress sites with lots of database calls running on this same server and they all load very fast. So I thought maybe it was a database connection issue and no. Also checked the server and the DB and webserver are not taxed at all either. We also had this site on a different hosting and also runs great there. However, for some reason, on this server and just for WordPress, the time to first byte is VERY slow. Any ideas on what it could be? I even moved the database so it sat locally on the server with the same result.

    Thank you!!
