Amazon credentials

Raj, have the same issue. Went to Amazon API and setup an new key have tried that with no change to the message. Some help from support would be nice.

Have you followed up with Amazon? This seems like an issue with your Amazon credentials and not with the EasyAzon plugin.

Another question, do you have existing sales from Amazon’s affiliate program? You need a minimum number of referred sales in order to set up credentials that will connect to the product advertising API.

I’m configuring this plugin for someone who has a new Associates account, so no sales so far. I created an AWS account to generate the access keys as explained in your docs. I’m seeing the same behavior as above.

So (the free version of?) this plugin only works for people who have access to the Product Advertising API?

Were you able to make EasyAzon to work?

I also had that message and easyazon used to work fine till recently.

Not me. I only configured IDs for France and the USA and whether it’s both, either or neither, I still get “Warning! You must provide your Amazon credentials and ensure they are valid. Requests cannot be made at this time.”
