    My amazon api keys are valid and I’m using them for other email sending services.

    email address is verified in amazon ses console and CURL is also enabled on web server.

    Looks like an amazon issue

    “user […] is not authorized to perform ses:SendEmail’ on resource `arn:aws:ses:us-east-1”
    (or bad ses endpoint selection).

    Glad to see it’s solved.
