Amazon API Keys are not valid, or you did not finalize your Amazon SES registration.
Sender Email has not been confirmed yet.

I already add sender email from verified sender, Name, access_key from AWSAccessKeyId and secret_key from AWSSecretKey.

but still not valid the API keys.
    How can I do?

    Thank you.

Looks like your host datetime is not right.
Nothing I can do about it, a correct time is an amazon requirement.
