• This plugin is really good and does a great job. However, when using the exit intent feature, the ability to edit the exit intent template is very confusing! Please add an easy way to customise the exit intent image and text inside of WordPress. After that, this plugin will be 5/5.

    Hi @dexterbartis,
Thanks for your feedback. You can change the Exit Intent image using filters or hooks we have built into the plugin specifically to allow it. You can get code snippets from our FAQ section to quickly do this.

The Exit Intent template system actually is designed to allow store owners more flexibility and speed since you do not require to store any images or additional content in the database + retrieve it every time someone lands on your store.
With all that – at the moment we do not really see that this could be an improvement.

Also there are those who have stores in multiple languages – a template offers a lot more flexibility in terms of translating it to multiple languages. If we would integrate it into admin, it would make it harder to translate.

However we have always offered assistance and I ca offer you my support if you require any assistance getting around the template, changing the default image or editing the texts using hooks + filters.

    Hey @dexterbartis

We have just released a new version that includes the option to change Exit Intent image from within the user interface. Should make a bit more user friendly experience managing the appearance of your Exit Intent popup.

    Best wishes,
    Nauris
