Amazingly robust, tons of features, great customer service

Wow, where do I begin? This plugin is much more comprehensive than I originally thought. It’s excellent. So is customer service.

It comes with dozens of extensions and they were all included in the Black Friday deal I took advantage of for a really low (ridiculously low) price. Didn’t have to pay for each one separately (between $5 and $20 each!).

Each plugin has comprehensive settings. The Subscription pop-up itself is almost like a full suite on its own and that is just one plugin of 32 that I have seen.

Some of the extensions require dependencies (like the Recent Sales plugin) such as WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads, but this is not a deal-breaker. All of the other features more than make up for this.

Customer service is also a gem. I purchased the plugin and forgot to put in my discount code. I emailed them about it and they rapidly refunded me the discount amount.

The only minor tweak I would suggest is to somehow make each extension an integrated “module” instead of a separately installed plugin.

A good example of how this is done is in Elementor. It is only one plugin but comes with dozens of design modules already baked in. It doesn’t require any extra plugins to extend functionality.

I think this would be a better way to design future updates of the Pop-Up Builder plugin, if possible. It will make plugin management (and site speed, possibly) more palatable.

In other words, the ideal would be installing the Popup builder plugin once and having all of the extensions integrated into the plugin itself rather than as separate ones.

But this is one of the better plugins I have seen. I’m still reeling from all of the options and can’t wait to start making some really cool pop-ups!
