Amazing support

We are using their SAML SSO plugin and support has been amazing since day 1. Whenever I have a question or need help in general, they typically respond in a couple hours and sometimes quicker than that.

I appreciate that their tech support team does not make me feel like I should already know the answers to my questions as well. I like that they actually answer each question I have asked vs lumping their answer into 1 and missing other questions.
