Amazing Support

The plugin is brilliant it does everything we wanted and provided functionality at a good price. More importantly the support we received when implementing the plugin was incredible. We had our support tickets answered promtly and a solution was always offered. When we went outside the scope of the plugin San wrote us a bespoke piece of code at a very reasonable price. My only criticism is that the help documentation online is lacking so we asked many questions via a support ticket that could have been answered easily with some simple documentation. If they pop up a decent documentation area this would be the perfect plugin to build a robust and usable video library.
